What You’ll Do Each Day
As a laborer in commercial construction, you’ll support skilled trades like carpenters, masons, and ironworkers. Daily tasks involve assisting with concrete work, moving materials, cleaning job sites, and maintaining safety standards.
You’ll erect and dismantle scaffolding, perform demolition work, and help with installation and fine grading as needed. Expect to use hand tools and assist with general maintenance each shift.
