Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work across the full export process from documentation and AES filings to bookings and timely deliveries with international carriers. You’ll regularly use CARGOWISE TMS to manage export workflows, negotiate with freight forwarders for competitive rates, and ensure seamless shipments via both air and ocean.
Additional daily duties include root cause analysis for shipment delays, continuous improvement of export processes, and strict compliance with trade regulations and documentation. You’ll also support inventory tracking and accurate billing, while offering customer service support to clients and vendors.
