The Summer Day Camp Counselor-University (Full-Time) is a fantastic opportunity for those 16 or older who enjoy working with youth. The role offers $21.30-$22.50 per hour, depending on experience, with paid certifications in CPR and First Aid.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The core part of this job is co-leading groups of 10-15 campers in activities like games, crafts, STEM projects, and cooking throughout the day.

Adhering to YMCA policies, including child safety and emergency procedures, is essential for all staff in this role.
You’ll also take part in staff meetings, ongoing training sessions, and are responsible for clean-up and proper use of equipment.
