The Director of Fleet, Logistics, & Warehousing role comes with a very attractive salary, ranging from $161,200 to $264,900 annually. This is a full-time onsite position. The benefits package is extensive and includes medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and family leave programs. Leadership and Daily Responsibilities
As the director, you will provide leadership across multiple departments overseeing material and fleet management. You will be tasked with budget planning, developing logistics strategies, and supplier management.
Your daily responsibilities will include managing storeroom operations, logistics, and transportation services for a large quantity of assets and personnel. You will direct processes that ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations, while also working on improvement initiatives.
This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and coordinating storm or emergency response readiness.
Additionally, you will mentor and develop your teams, conduct performance reviews, and ensure employee engagement and retention.
