Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Survey Rod Man supports survey crews on construction sites. Duties include holding rods for measurements, assisting with setting up equipment, and collecting essential data for project layouts.
Following directions from crew chiefs, you’ll also help interpret plans and verify as-built data on active projects. Your focus will be on supporting the team to ensure accurate layouts for utilities, roads, and site development projects.
